Who You Are:
As a Sales Development Leader, you will lead a team of SDRs & BDRs and play a pivotal role in fueling Crisp’s growth as you extend outreach to customers looking to unlock a full-spectrum of behavioral data. Reporting to the Head of Sales Development, you will help hire, train, and coach our SDRs to be a world-class team of sellers and pipeline builders. The pace of Crisp is fast and the landscape we’re playing in is ever-changing. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by curiosity, and eager to help prospective customers to enhance and grow their law firms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Grow a World-Class BDR & SDR Team: Attract, recruit, and nurture top talent to build a high-performing, data-driven sales development powerhouse. Cultivate a culture of excellence that drives exceptional results.
- Drive proactive inbound and outbound lead generation and cultivate relationships to create net-new opportunities
- Foster a culture of learning and development
- Optimize sequences, campaigns, and collateral for optimal results
- Own, manage, and report metrics and goals that help drive our bottom line
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership to drive business value and progress revenue

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must:
- Proven Sales Development Leadership: You’ve led a sales development team at a high-growth, entrepreneurial organization (8-9 figures in revenue) that scaled rapidly. You’re ready to take on your next monumental challenge and drive significant impact.
- Data-Driven and Tech-Savvy: You are data-obsessed, using analytics to refine strategies and achieve measurable results. You also leverage key sales systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft and more.
- 1+ year of experience managing a team of SDRs or AEs in a fast growth sales environment
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment as an SDR or AE
- Experience meeting and exceeding quota as both an individual contributor and manager
