Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with prior experience in the packaging, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing industries. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, maintaining profitability, and building strong client relationships while adhering to our sales and service policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- π Drive Sales: Achieve revenue and profit targets by selling equipment, spare parts, and services.
- π Lead Generation: Follow up on existing leads and generate new ones through LinkedIn and social selling strategies.
- π Sales Planning: Develop annual forecasts with clear, measurable objectives.
- π Reporting: Provide updates to the Commercial Director and manage detailed records in Salesforce.
- π§ Technical Support: Stay knowledgeable about our products to provide technical guidance and negotiate pricing.
- π Sales Operations: Manage the entire sales process, including equipment selection, shipping, and payment collection.
- π Market Analysis: Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and optimize resources with a comprehensive annual plan.
- π― Promotions: Coordinate regional shows and promotional activities while ensuring customer satisfaction with internal teams.
- π οΈ Customer Assistance: Offer first-level technical support for equipment issues.
Requirements
Education:
π Bachelorβs degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
βοΈ Minimum 3 years in consulting sales, customer service, negotiation, or technical support.
βοΈ Proven experience in the packaging, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing industries.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a focus on accountability, discipline, resilience, and results-oriented approaches.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or other CRM tools).
- Expertise in social selling, particularly on LinkedIn.
Additional Requirements:
π Must own a car for transportation.
π Fluent English (required).
