Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented culture focused on accountability and achievement.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales efforts with Revv’s broader business objectives.
Operational Excellence
- Streamline sales processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.
- Continuously innovate and improve operational practices to support scaling.
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with Revv’s offerings.
- Represent Revv at industry events to generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling sales teams.
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance analytics.
Compensation Range
- Base Salary: $125,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000
