Position Summary
As North America Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales growth by building strong relationships with travel partners, increasing brand awareness, and identifying new business opportunities. This role serves as a key representative of the Brendan Vacations brand within the travel industry and public, working closely with North American District Sales Managers to execute sales plans and achieve passenger and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Strengthen partnerships through regular communication and business planning.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including group sales.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting.
Performance & Strategy
- Use CSP (Customer Sales Process) to enhance customer engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Technology & Reporting
- Manage sales territories using Salesforce.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Leverage data insights to optimize sales strategie

About You
- 5+ years in sales and customer service (travel industry experience preferred).
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- 50–75% travel required, including some overseas trips.
- Experience living in Ireland or Scotland (12+ months preferred).
Travel Requirements
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Up to 60% overnight travel is required. Some overseas travel is required.

Salary: $80000 – $90000 per year
