We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to drive the growth and adoption of Cadent’s self-service DSP in the Eastern Region. Reporting to the Managing Director of Self-Service, this role is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on programmatic sales opportunities, developing and executing a regional go-to-market strategy, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate possesses deep industry relationships, a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, and a passion for driving revenue growth through strategic client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Partner with and mentor a team of sellers to accelerate self-service DSP adoption and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to expand market presence and drive new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key brands and agencies, identifying tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Services, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and product-market alignment.
- Stay informed on industry trends, evolving technologies, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Provide actionable client feedback to Product and Operations teams to drive continuous improvements in the DSP offering.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and platform demos to showcase Cadent’s value proposition and unique differentiators.
- Represent Cadent at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to elevate brand presence and establish thought leadership.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that maximize both immediate and long-term revenue opportunities.
- Engage with key decision-makers to position Cadent as the preferred self-service DSP solution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in programmatic sales, with a strong preference for self-service DSP expertise.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Established relationships with senior decision-makers at agencies and brands, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, ad tech ecosystems, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions into client value.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and customer engagement.
