- Campaign Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end fulfillment of all audio and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate timely monthly detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to influence future strategies.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize effectiveness and ROI for the client.
- Insights and Strategy: Function as a subject matter expert for the sales team. Offer strategic advice and insights before and during client sales calls in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Team Presentations: Ability to present research, best practices, trends and more during weekly sales meetings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing strategies. Gather, collect, and organize pertinent information from various internal and external sources.
- Client Interface: Ability to service a limited group of clients and prospects as part of your personal book of business.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma plus 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of various digital marketing tactics including display, Pre-roll, OTT/CTV, paid social, and paid sponsor content.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities with a proven track record of campaign optimization success.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious life-long learner.
- Experience with Google Ad Manager and/or other related platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Google Ad Manager 4 certification
- Familiarity with audio attribution tools such as Veritone
- InDesign skills
- Experience with Nielsen, Scarborough or related audience measurement tools
Physical Demands:
- Sitting for extended periods – Majority of the work is done at a desk using a computer.
- Repetitive hand movements – Frequent use of a keyboard and mouse.
- Ability to traverse short distances, moving around the office for meetings or collaboration.
- Light lifting – May need to lift office materials (e.g., reports, small equipment) up to 10-15 lbs.
- Visual and auditory focus – Requires prolonged screen time and listening to audio content.

- Standard Work Hours – Typically Monday–Friday, with possible extended hours during campaign deadlines.
