JOB DESCRIPTION
At Growth Protocol, we are scaling rapidly and seeking a forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team. You will play a crucial role in executing our go-to-market strategy, leveraging AI tools to enhance prospecting, outreach, and sales efficiency. As an integral part of the Sales team, you will establish relationships with enterprise clients and drive top-of-funnel activities using technologies to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Please note that targeted cold-calling is a daily requirement.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to build a high-quality pipeline of leads and foster relationships via platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tech-stack tools.
- Identify and prioritize key decision-makers within target industries and companies.
- Develop personalized, data-driven outbound strategies to optimize outreach effectiveness.
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture inbound/outbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities for the Account Executives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, for real-time insights in our focus areas.
- Achieve and exceed activity targets (calls, emails, account outreach, LISN) and meeting quotas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in a tech-forward environment.
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce; familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of advanced SaaS tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.); experience with AI solutions (like ChatGPT etc.) is a bonus.
- Strong adaptability to fast-paced, tech-driven work environments.
- Goal-oriented mindset, proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft AI-driven personalization in communications.
- Analytical mindset, leveraging AI to refine workflows and improve lead conversion.
- Enthusiastic, team-oriented personality with a passion for innovative technology.
- Proficiency in research and outreach strategies is highly desirable.
