Role Purpose
Facilitation of a very dynamic and fast-paced sales environment for Mark Anthony Brands. Ensure that the sales organization and its processes run smoothly and efficiently. Outstanding administrative assistant skills, a proven track record in project management, the ability to take on a variety of projects, and will be responsible for facilitating internal sales communications with the greater US business unit. General administrative duties for the VP of Growth Strategy and Insights, SVP of Sales and the VP of Key Accounts
Accountabilities & Impact
- Sales Operations Administrative Support: Reporting support, External Incentive Programs
- Executive Support: VPs of Commercial Business consisting of managing meetings for Sales and National Accounts
- Sales Meeting Support related to leadership meetings, Field meetings and regional meetings
- Manage all aspects of Sales needs for National Conference
- Budget support: Commercial operations and data budgets, managing tracking, PO requests, reporting for team
- Commercial calendar: supporting the build, development and alignment of the commercial operating calendar to other business functions, finance, marketing, global, etc.
- Sales Town Hall: coordinating content, engaging speakers
Skills & Experiences Needed
- Blend of hard and soft skills, such as: Organizational Skills, Communication, Problem-solving, Attention to Detail, and Time Management
- 0-3 years of experience in Administrative /Executive Support role and in assisting with the development and coordination of projects
- Experience supporting multiple executives required; experience supporting sales preferred
- 1+ years’ experience in beverage category preferred
Compensation
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
- Competitive annual salary from $47,000 to $71,000, based in Chicago, IL
