Picus is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement rockstar to drive strategic enablement initiatives across the revenue org: Sales, Customer Success, SE, BDR, and Resellers. As we’re rapidly growing, you’ll be crucial for up-leveling our sales dynamics and hitting our next ARR target.
In the beginning, this will be a hands-on role with no direct reports. You will work closely with key leaders and supporting stakeholders across the org, demanding strong execution and prioritization skills. Being resourceful, leveraging these resources and turning them into a group of ambassadors to share experience with other sellers is crucial to your success. Once we hit key milestone targets, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your enablement team to take on the next level of growth – this is an opportunity to join early as we take Picus from our recent Series C funding to the next major milestone.
What You’ll Do
- Engage closely with revenue leaders, product, marketing, competitive and customer success to align enablement with company growth goals
- Develop and execute key enablement strategies across our own sellers and resellers
- Turn transactional selling into strategic enterprise value sales, increase average deal size, customer retention, upsell & cross-sell of new product modules
- In collaboration with your stakeholders, drive company-wide enablement campaigns that grow our sellers.
- Extend enablement to our channel sellers, activating focus partners / resellers
- Facilitate the onboarding and mentoring of new sellers to ensure rapid ramp-up in productivity with a strategic, value selling mindset
- Create an always on feed of exciting and engaging content for our sales team to remain engaged, and learning
What You Have
- 7 years experience in B2B cybersecurity, product marketing, dev rel and/or sales background is a plus
- Experience in sales enablement in a high-growth tech environment
- Strong stakeholder management to partner and effectively communicate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product
- Proficient with sales processes, SFDC and previous experience with structures like MEDDIC
- Self-starter, go-do attitude, leading by influence
- Excellent communication, prioritization and project management skills
