What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and ambitious Growth Sales Representative who not only understands the art of selling but also thrives in a dynamic startup environment. If you have a knack for closing deals, a strong background in sales, and preferably some industry experience in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment technology, you might be the perfect fit for our team.
Role Overview
- Position: Sales Representative
- Location: Arlington, TX or San Francisco, CA (hybrid / Remote options available)
- Experience: 2-5+ years in sales, preferably within SaaS, logistics, or related industries
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across defined regions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs and challenges.
- Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations and demos that showcase Rabot’s value proposition.
- CRM Management: Utilize Hubspot to maintain accurate account information, track sales activity, and forecast revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and product to align strategies and close deals.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- Sales Expertise: You’re a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales and a natural ability to close deals.
- Industry Savvy: Experience or interest in the fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain sectors is a huge plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Confident using Hubspot CRM and quick to learn new systems and tools.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects.
- Resilience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a willingness to occasionally put in extra hours to drive success.
