Nucentric is seeking a highly motivated individual with a desire to succeed in sales and lead generation in the IT services industry.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the following functions:
- Setting qualified appointments for Nucentric’s Outside Sales team with prospective Managed IT Services customers.
- B2B calls targeting small & medium business owners & C-level executives
- Qualifying prospects and documenting information gathered in CRM database.
- Creating & managing email & social media campaigns to increase leads generation.
The ideal candidate will have strong self- motivation and excellent communication skills. The primary target market will be small & medium sized organizations in the Charlotte metro area looking for a reliable IT support provider. The Inside Sales Representative will receive training on Nucentric’s Managed IT support offering as well as our proven sales methodology.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable with learning CRM software and managing leads list imports
- Comfortable with heavy volume of outbound calling and speaking to C-level executives
- Ability to qualify appropriate decision makers within a small organization
- Reliable home internet to support VoIP-based phone calling
