Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Opportunities: Connect with large enterprises using innovative lead-generation techniques to discover sales prospects.
- Achieve Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed lead generation targets through effective phone and email outreach.
- Nurture Leads: Follow up on marketing-driven inquiries and progress leads to qualification.

- Prepare for Engagement: Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and conduct pre-visit research to equip the sales team with valuable insights.
- Leverage CRM Tools: Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms to ensure efficient lead and pipeline management.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B inside sales and lead generation. Experience with selling to large enterprises is a big plus.
- Sales & Communication Skills: Strong ability to prospect via phone, handle objections, and communicate professionally with decision-makers.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including data management and reporting.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to self-manage schedules and lead pipelines effectively.
