Flusso Faucets is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager with a strong network in the showroom and decorative plumbing industry. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for design-driven products, deep industry relationships, and a proven ability to grow regional sales through premium showrooms and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth in the assigned region by developing and maintaining relationships with showroom partners, plumbing wholesalers, and luxury dealers.
Manage existing accounts while identifying and onboarding new showroom partners to expand market presence.
Conduct in-person visits and product trainings with showroom staff to support sell-through.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for strategic positioning.
Attend regional and national trade shows as needed to represent the brand.
Provide monthly sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the decorative plumbing or luxury fixtures industry.
Strong, Existing Contacts Within Plumbing Showrooms And Wholesale Distributors.
Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month within the assigned region.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly organized.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with luxury or design-driven plumbing brands.
Experience launching new product lines or opening new territories.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
