What you’ll be doing:

  • Demonstrate PRS Core Values—excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration—in all responsibilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for prospects and residents.
  • Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including planning and executing sales events, coordinating move-in and move-out processes with various departments, and creating essential materials like brochures, floor plans, and Move-In Guides.
  • Manage the CRM database by streamlining documentation, processes, and applicant lists to enhance efficiency, and maintain accurate records such as the Applicant List, Wait List, and depositor files.
  • Support sales activities by managing incoming inquiries via phone or through our website. Assisting with post tour and event surveys, scheduling follow-ups, managing and organizing prospect paperwork, and producing reports. Conduct quarterly market research and track customer preferences and objections to inform strategies.

Salary: $24.00-$30.00 / hr DOE

About you:

  • 1-2 year’s experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, CRM software and social media platforms.
