We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team, who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and managing relationships with key agencies and brands, with a specific focus on Connected TV (CTV) advertising. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, crafting tailored advertising solutions, and delivering measurable results for our clients
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients, with a focus on general market brands and agencies to develop new business opportunities within the CTV and digital advertising spaces
- Conduct daily outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential clients interested in video and CTV inventory.
- Schedule and lead initial calls and meetings, effectively presenting our value proposition and product offerings.
- Develop and manage relationships with decision-makers at agencies and brands.
- Provide exceptional service and collaborate with clients by understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored video and CTV solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close new business and secure renewals.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company-wide initiatives.
- Provide feedback to the product team to influence product development based on client needs and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth within the CTV and digital advertising ecosystem.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Work with the AdOps Team to optimize campaigns and track performances.
- Prepare reports and messaging to running partners on performance of campaigns.
- Update CRM on a daily basis and maintain sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in CTV technology
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in digital media or CTV advertising sales, with a focus on video and connected TV in the DEI/Multicultural space
- Proven success in prospecting, client acquisition, and revenue generation
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, video, CTV ecosystems, audience targeting, and measurement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment

ODK Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The projected compensation includes a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, in addition to annual commission up to $200,000 based on performance (total on-target earnings between $100,000 – $300,000). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s qualifications and performance.
