We are looking for 3 Sales Executives!
Responsibilities
- Actively identify and engage potential B2B customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities
- Provide market feedback and insights to enhance product offerings
Requirements
- Proactive and Growth Focused Mindset: Persistent in problem-solving and identifying client needs, as well as constantly challenging yourself and the rest of the team to perform
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize key tasks and manage time efficiently
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Proficient in non-verbal communication to enhance rapport with prospects
- Adaptability: Flexibility in unexpected situations, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset
- Relationship Building: Focused on creating value by understanding business challenges and providing relevant solutions
- Effective Communication: Skilled in active listening and adjusting messages to fit client needs. Fluency in English for communication with international clients
Bonus Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the health, wellness, or fitness technology sector, including both software and hardware solutions.
- In-depth understanding of the fitness and health tech landscape, including emerging trends in fitness gamification, health improvement tools, and physical activity tracking technologies.
