We’re a fast growing early-stage startup providing text marketing & feedback tools to restaurants. Our founders have participated in a $21M exit and been through the Y Combinator S22 batch (YC is the world’s top startup accelerator, funding companies such as Reddit, AirBnB, Stripe, Podium, Weave, & DoorDash). Boostly recently raised a seed round of capital from investors such as Gordon Food Service, Cathexis Ventures, Dragon Capital, Goodwater Capital, and others.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive Boostly’s sales growth and expand our presence in new verticals. This unique role involves leading a team of both Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives, ensuring they are equipped to generate and close new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a track record of success, a hunger for growth, and the ability to navigate and thrive in uncharted territory.

What will I do?

  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of SDRs and Account Executives, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the VP of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand into new verticals.
  • Ensure high-quality lead generation by overseeing the creation, organization, and proper distribution of lead lists.
  • Monitor and optimize team performance by tracking key KPIs, providing actionable insights, and holding the team accountable to targets.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset—taking initiative, adapting to challenges, and actively contributing to Boostly’s overall success.

What attributes are we looking for?

  • 1½ – 2+ years working as an Account Executive or Sales Development Manager
  • Proven closing experience as an Account Executive is required
  • Extremely organized with high attention to detail
  • Experience in an early-stage company and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to develop and coach SDRs into high-performing SDRs and future Account Executives; prior AE and/or AE management experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong Google Suite experience for data analysis and reporting
  • A mindset of curiosity, enthusiasm, and optimism, with a willingness to take risks, learn from failures, and drive results
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach to projects and problem-solving
  • Commitment to personal growth and development, with a passion for helping others maximize their potential
