COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $80,000 – $90,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. Are you the Sales Manager we’re looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients within the multifamily industry. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multifamily market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target accounts.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Team Members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prospect for new clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, email marketing, social media).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Attend qualified conferences and networking events as appropriate
- Client Relationships:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and pain points, and translate them into effective solutions.
- Conduct client presentations and demonstrations effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Sales & Revenue:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Accurately forecast sales and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with the creative, design, website and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Share market intelligence and competitive insights with the team.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- A proven understanding of our core products including creative services, website design and development and digital marketing, as well as knowledge of how digital programs and creative projects are executed.
- An outstanding work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. You are disciplined to meet deadlines, stay organized, and achieve results.
- An understanding of marketing agencies and the real estate industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- A customer service mindset to creatively and effectively manage products from concept to deliverable and the ability to upsell our products and services.
- The ability to be collaborative, adaptive, and flexible, functioning effectively in a fast paced environment. You have a positive approach to problem solving while balancing multiple projects.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of success in sales, including 2+ years within the multifamily or related industries (e.g., property management, real estate).
- Strong understanding of the multifamily market and its challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in SalesForce and Asana.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
