We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager who will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role will work closely with the Sales, Channels, and Customer Success teams to:
- Monitor and ensure goal attainment
- Enable business growth through strategic insights and efficient processes
- Build and enhance work processes to increase productivity
- Ensure data hygiene and integrity within HubSpot and other sales systems
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth
- Design and generate regular reports and dashboards for Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams
- Build, optimize, and enhance sales and business processes to increase efficiency collaborate with GTM teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data within HubSpot and other integrated systems
- Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement sales enablement tools and resources
- Coordinate training and onboarding programs to ensure team members maximize CRM and sales tool utilization
- Support the CRO and leadership team with strategic initiatives, including market analysis, forecasting, and territory planning
- Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to ensure alignment on revenue targets and
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
- High proficiency with HubSpot (Admin level) – including workflow automation, reporting, and data management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
- Demonstrated experience in building and enhancing business processes
- Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry is a plus
